One of the many benefits of being our valued client is that you have your own ITSOL Client Portal where access to all your useful information can be found through our ITSOL HelpDesk.
Here, you can also quickly raise and track your support tickets, keep in touch with progress, see your invoices, notifications, and recommendations, as well as access a library of worthwhile information in our Learning Centre.
Access is quick and easy, and you can log in either with the Client Portal link on the top right-hand corner on our website, or via the portal icon on your taskbar. Once you’re logged in, you will see your Welcome dashboard, with all options available to you clearly listed on the left.
And if you are wanting to get in touch with us about specific requests, to make things easier, click on ‘Open New Ticket’ and you can select the type of support you are seeking:
Just create a support ticket and we’ll promptly work on your request for you. In your Client Portal, you’ll be able to track progress, and have a record of any feedback and information for future reference – all in one online place.
